The United Rugby Championship returns at a pivotal moment in the season with only seven rounds remaining as teams compete to make the play-offs.
The defending champions, Leinster, visit the Welsh capital on Friday night to take on Cardiff at the same time as Scarlets trip north to take on Edinburgh. Saturday's action will include two South African derbies which will help decide who wins the URC SA Shield while in Ireland Connacht and Munster will play host to Glasgow Warriors and Zebre Parma respectively.
The action finishes in Wales where Dragons welcome Benetton to Newport and Ospreys look to reign in high-flying Ulster.
All the action will be covered by Premier Sports, SuperSport, S4C, TG4, Sky Sport Italia and URC.tv while fans in the United States can see every try of the weekend on Flo Rugby.
