Lions name FiveWest as their official Payments and Settlements partner

The 10bet Lions have announced FiveWest as their Official Payments and Settlements Partner for a period of three years.
The partnership gives FiveWest exclusivity in the payments and settlements category for Lions Rugby. As part of the agreement, the FiveWest logo will appear on the right collar of the Lions jersey in the Vodacom United Rugby Championship (URC), the EPCR Investec Champions Cup and the Currie Cup.
The agreement brings together one of South Africa’s iconic brands and a payments business that provides collections, payments and settlement solutions. Through the partnership, FiveWest will gain visibility across domestic and international competitions while supporting the Lions’ commercial growth.
10bet Ellis Park Managing Director Pieter Burger said partnerships such as this show commitment to the business of sport by providing further exposure for brands to supporters and stakeholders.
“We are delighted to welcome FiveWest as the Official Payments and Settlements Partner of the 10bet Lions. This three-year partnership reflects our shared ambition to build strong, forward-looking brands and create meaningful value for our supporters and stakeholders. FiveWest’s presence on the right collar of our jersey across three premier competitions is a powerful expression of that commitment.”
FiveWest CEO Omer Iqbal commented: “Becoming the Official Payments and Settlements Partner of the 10bet Lions is an important milestone for FiveWest. The Lions represent resilience, performance and a proud South African sporting legacy, qualities that resonate with us. This partnership shows how far FiveWest has come in recent years, and we are committed to continuing that trajectory.”
“We look forward to supporting the team over the next three years and connecting with its passionate fan base across local and international competitions,” Igbal concluded.
