BooYaa Golf, South Africa’s premier golf apparel brand, has issued an urgent warning to fans and customers about the growing circulation of counterfeit BooYaa caps being sold through unauthorised sellers and online platforms.

"We've seen an alarming increase in fake BooYaa caps in the market, and we want to make it clear: these products are not manufactured, endorsed, or approved by BooYaa Golf," says Chantelle van Greune, Global Marketing Manager at BooYaa Golf. "They not only compromise on quality and durability, but they also misrepresent what our brand stands for - premium craftsmanship, performance, and authenticity."

Counterfeit products often appear legitimate at first glance but fail to meet BooYaa’s exacting standards. Imitation caps may be constructed with poor materials, lack proper branding details, or display outdated or incorrect designs.

"If the price seems too good to be true, it usually is," Van Greune adds.

BooYaa is actively working with its retail partners, including The Pro Shop and its official online store, to track and report fake listings. Customers are urged to:
