A strong outing from Damian McKenzie has seen him close the gap on Ardie Savea - but the Moana Pasifika captain still holds the lead for the Super Rugby Pacific Player of the Year vote, despite not playing over the weekend.
McKenzie was one of two players who achieved a perfect score over the weekend, with Charlie Gamble also performing well off the back of his performance against the Reds.
In 2025, Super Rugby Pacific will crown the competition's most outstanding player with the presentation of the inaugural Player of the Year Award.
The captains and head coaches of both teams nominate their top three players from the opposing team each week, allocating three votes, two votes and one vote, respectively.
