SuperSport Park is celebrating the renewal of another partnership with AVBOB continuing as a stadium partner.
The extension of the partnership between the stadium and mutual society comes with the official renaming of the Grandstand End, which is now the AVBOB End.
It’s been a partnership of tremendous growth from its’ onset which began with the erection of the AVBOB Memorial Wall in 2019; the current agreement will run until 2027.
SuperSport Park Commercial Manager Pierre Joubert shared his reflections on the news of the renewal; “I’m very impressed with how our relationship with AVBOB has grown over the years and it’s very encouraging that such a big company believes in what we’re try to achieve here at SuperSport Park.
“They would’ve seen the value from when they first got involved and they’ve managed to leverage the partnership in a way that works for them to help meet their own targets and objectives and we’re all for aiding our partners in that way,” Joubert explained.
Additional inclusions to the partnership will be see increased branding and presence for AVBOB counting second perimeter, main entrance and branding on the staircase that leads up to the players changeroom, amongst others.
“We always celebrate the renewal of another partnership here at SuperSport Park and Titans," said CEO Dr Jacques Faul. "We now have a total of 56 partners which is quiet significant and key to having so many partners is our strong retention of them which is at about 98%. The growth a result of not losing many partner.”
Frequent visitors of the stadium will spot some of the investment that the mutual society giant has made while the AVBOB Community Day will continue in its objective to attract new feet into the stadium throughout the year.
